We practice what we preach! buyproperty4less was established by our MD Damian Qualter in 2003, as a means of advertising the property that was being offered to him through developers and agents.

Damian had built his own property portfolio by approaching various developers and negotiating discounts. His current property values stand at some £6.5 million with a net equity of over £2 million and none of his initial money tied up in the portfolio.

His portfolio is spread across the UK but it is in the North West that he has had the most success in terms of achieving no-void periods, in particular the Manchester area.
