Off plan property investment still offers investors great potential for those who are uncertain about which way interest rates will go - by putting down a relatively small investment and with a modest growth can offer potential returns of 250%+. It is important to look for areas that are going through major regeneration and improvement of transport links, schools and employment. Off plan property in my opinion still offers both new and seasoned investors a real opportunity to make exceptional returns.
