Gazanga
It may be something that you would expect to hear from Staines’ first son and rapper Ali G, but ‘Gazanging’ is actually a new termed coined by property experts used to describe a buyer who is left hanging when a seller ducks out of a deal at the eleventh hour due to the lack of a property to move or market uncertainty.
Approximately 54,000 buyers were ‘Gazanged!’ in the first six months of 2011 which is an increase of 20% compared with the second half of 2010.
