Investors Still Confident With UK
According to a new report from Savills, many property investors still consider the UK market and the city of London to be a safe bet in the current economic climate. The report published last month states that ‘steady yield levels’ and investment increasing in the capitals property market were the two main reasons that gave investors confidence.
The same could not be said however for other parts of the country, as concerns about the alacrity and overall level of recovery of the economy were enough to cause ‘rising investor caution’. Savill’s has forecast that in the final months of this year, a softening of tertiary yields is likely.
