I bought a lease options dvd set off the internet nine months ago and found it was lacking in lots of information, so when I found this one I bought this course because a lot of the stuff out on the internet tells you how to do a lease option but it doesn't cover any of the legal side. It's a very thorough approach to the process which you really need to know before you go to do your first option deal. My husband likes it too because it kept me quiet for a couple of weeks - cheek.
